Cancellation Policy
At Dr. Verdi & Associates, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule or cancel your dental appointment. However, we kindly request that you provide us with advance notice if you need to make any changes to your scheduled appointment.
Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure that we can effectively manage our appointment schedule and provide timely care to all of our patients. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient who may be in need of dental care.
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, we may apply a cancellation fee to your account. This fee helps us offset the cost of the reserved appointment time and ensures that we can continue to provide high-quality care to all of our patients.
